    Growing the digital presence in the GCC: Bosch Home Appliances

    The Challenge

    Bosch Home Appliances, known for its innovative products, faced a challenge: despite strong recognition, it wasn’t the top-of-mind choice in the Capacity Range category. Our goal was to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and elevate Bosch’s brand equity across key markets. 

    To understand the starting point, we leveraged Sila’s Brand Health Tracker, which revealed that Bosch had only 8.9% unaided awareness, trailing behind major competitors. Our task was clear—boost Bosch’s visibility and solidify its standing as a leading option in home appliances. 

    The Strategy

    We crafted a targeted influencer strategy, partnering with a diverse mix of creators across the UAE, Kuwait, and Qatar. These influencers produced engaging video content showcasing the benefits and daily usage of Bosch’s appliances through funny scenarios. The focus was on demonstrating how Bosch products seamlessly fit into modern lifestyles, providing convenience and quality that resonate with everyday needs.

    This approach not only helped to raise brand awareness but also connected Bosch with the influencers’ communities, building a bridge between the brand and the values of their audiences. The campaign was carefully designed to build familiarity, trust, and a sense of reliability,positioning Bosch as the best choice in the market.
